Let us continue our prayer…
Teachers! Thank God for you all!
We lift up all educators in Wyoming to You Lord. These are the unknown heroes ensuring that a better tomorrow starts in the classroom today. Thank you for the men and women who spend countless hours believing that the next paragraph or the next strategy, is the victory needed to propel a young mind to the next moment of growth!
“Keep hold of instruction; do not let go; guard her, for she is your life.” Proverbs 4:13 ESV
We pray for each moment that occurs in every classroom, every field trip, every assembly, and in every school district event. We pray for that moment Lord. That moment when You bless within a teacher and the student becomes connected to knowledge, and the future You grant when knowledge becomes wisdom. May we cherish every new learning we receive and may it be used for Your glory! Let’s celebrate You in those moments Lord! For its You that saw that moment through. Thank you Lord for coming into our lives so intimately.
We pray for the complete and uninterrupted safety over our children and those responsible for their care. We pray for all evil intentions to be completely deflated and nonexistent. May our schools and places of learning be seen as a sanctuary for academics. What kind of society are we Lord if we don’t appreciate nor respect learning? We need You Lord!
We pray for the moment when a report card is brought home with a lifted heart, may we see it’s You that lifted our heart! And now may we believe that we can do this!
We pray for the moment when one student helps another! For we are not alone.
We pray for the teacher who is thriving! May Your blessings continue to be poured on them.
We pray for the teacher who has nothing left in the tank. May their cup be filled with a fresh new hope through the students eyes! May they see their instruction reflected in their students.
Lord do we see the importance of what a teacher does? Do we truly understand the impact of their influence? Thank you for blessing our minds with memory, for it’s the vessel You carry learning in through time.
And Father! Every young child is treasured in Your eyes. May we see them through the lens You do.
The time for change has come. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
