County 19 – Uinta County

In the accumulation of days frustration has begun the construction of a pseudo temple. Once complete, we are invited and enticed to walk through the gate of retaliation. Upon entering we can now truly see what massive project frustration has built. An idol demanding a worship, revenge fills the horizon and consumes our view. All goodness is obstructed and we cannot see beyond the enormity of what this idol demands. Its goal is to block our sight and hide any light.

“Never pay back evil with more evil. Do things in such a way that everyone can see you are honorable.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:17‬ ‭NLT‬‬

No soul wins in revenge. This idol wishes to control our actions. Pain and hurt are the commerce of this kingdom. As frustration begins to lay its ground work in our mind, speak to us Your will. Create opportunity for frustration to be turned into healthy conversation that reveals Your promise.

Lord define honor for us. Show us what leads to the construction of building goodness with Your truth. May we pray continuously for righteousness. Let us seek You to build our communities through prayer then create in us the tools required to fulfill Your will of answering our prayers.

“Because I love Zion, I will not keep still. Because my heart yearns for Jerusalem, I cannot remain silent. I will not stop praying for her until her righteousness shines like the dawn, and her salvation blazes like a burning torch. The nations will see your righteousness. World leaders will be blinded by your glory. And you will be given a new name by the Lord’s own mouth. The Lord will hold you in his hand for all to see— a splendid crown in the hand of God.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭62:1-3‬ ‭NLT‬‬

May we stay locked in with Your glory. Use it to keep our motives in check. Use it to create good around us. Use that good to conquer evil. Rattle the gates of hell with every victory of good conquering evil.

Forever You are risen! Forever You are lifted high! Forever You are glorified!!!

The time for change has come. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
