We are in prayerful spirit with the residents of Sweetwater County! We pray for the Gospel to implode within the confines of mans expectations
In today’s prayer, let us seek the Lords purpose in our efforts!
What are we celebrating? The very nature of our Lord! – He knows our faults and our short comings. So he certainly will grow our individual strengths through the trials we face.
Are we seekers of celebration without the work? Or are we truly prepared to do the required work that leads up to celebration. Required action and sacrifice will always precede a destination of celebration. If we know this to be true, then in our efforts and action we can rejoice! for the Lord will see us through as we stay in His will for us.
““Count off seven weeks from when you first begin to cut the grain at the time of harvest. Then celebrate the Festival of Harvest to honor the Lord your God. Bring him a voluntary offering in proportion to the blessings you have received from him. This is a time to celebrate before the Lord your God at the designated place of worship he will choose for his name to be honored. Celebrate with your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, the Levites from your towns, and the foreigners, orphans, and widows who live among you.” Deuteronomy 16:9-11 NLT
Lord we ask that a you give us a spirit of celebration with those around us. Place a harmony within this spirit. You are in our homes, our schools, our vocations and certainly You are in our church! Elevate our expectations above the turmoil and muck of the day! Lift our pursuits over the struggles of day to day life. Give us encouragement in the victories You place in our life. Let us live out celebration within our obedience!
Lord we praise You!!! You ARE the reason of our day to day celebration!
We pray for the 22,901 residents who have not claimed a church in this community. May You expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of Your church in this county.
We celebrate You O’Sovereign Lord! Help us seek the change we need! In Jesus name we pray, amen!
