A Savior is born unto us! Generosity revealed through the most humble of places! We can’t give up or let up, we must pursue the Lord as one body within Wyoming. At minimum – everyone must hear about this!
“And while they were there, the time came for her baby to be born. She gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped him snugly in strips of cloth and laid him in a manger, because there was no lodging available for them. That night there were shepherds staying in the fields nearby, guarding their flocks of sheep. Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord’s glory surrounded them. They were terrified, but the angel reassured them. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David! And you will recognize him by this sign: You will find a baby wrapped snugly in strips of cloth, lying in a manger.” Suddenly, the angel was joined by a vast host of others—the armies of heaven—praising God and saying, “Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.”” Luke 2:6-14 NLT
A gift we cannot earn! A gift we cannot understand! A gift we don’t deserve! May the Lord Jesus Christ be praised!
A King has been born! Our King who is worthy of our praise!
The birth of generosity revealed through a humble manger. Generosity doesn’t begin with extravagant purpose. Lord, we see it starts with humility, compassion and a dedication to building others to a higher purpose. It thinks of others exclusively. It is prepared to give and gives at precisely the right time!
Lord, we give You praise and thanks! We sing songs in Your name! We raise our fists in the air with shouts of joy for all You have done! You are our King! We ask that You continue to define generosity in our motives!
May the name of Jesus be praised!
We pray for the 6,841 people who have yet to connect into a gospel church in this county. We with those connected through Wilderness Church! May our Lord expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of the local church in this county.
The time for us to choose a new perspective on what it is we are keeping has come. In Jesus name we pray, amen!
…and Merry Christmas to all of Wyoming!
