County 11 – Park County

Wyoming Strong.

Lord, as our roots become in You, they anchor the throne of our worship to You. May we lift You up! Praise the name of Jesus!

Lord, I’ve resided in this state, I’ve traveled this state and I have truly experienced the mighty Wyoming wind. I’ve literally seen trees growing slanted because the wind has done everything to push them over. Yet, they stay rooted and continue to thrive in life!

“But now the Lord says: Be strong, Zerubbabel. Be strong, Jeshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest. Be strong, all you people still left in the land. And now get to work, for I am with you, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. My Spirit remains among you, just as I promised when you came out of Egypt. So do not be afraid.’” Haggai‬ ‭2:4-5‬ ‭NLT‬‬

You Lord, You define Wyoming Strong! I’ve seen men and women work their ranches until the sun comes up. I’ve seen parents provide for their families beyond capacity. I’ve seen communities come together in times of need. I’ve seen people work two jobs to make ends meet. People ensure our trains haul, our coal provides – without fail! Praise You Jesus!

No matter the trial, no matter the weather, no matter struggle. Wyoming Strong is who we are!

So we say – let that wind blow! Our roots will be so deeply rooted in You, nothing can push us over! You are Lord! You create roots that don’t snap!

We pray for the 15,774 people who have yet to connect into a gospel church in this county. We pray with the those at Harvest Church in Cody. May God continue to expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of the local church in this county.

The season for us to allow His seed to grow has come, in Jesus name we pray, amen.
