County 13 – Converse County

Our Lord! Praise You! Thank You for sending the Advocate to intercede in our lives. Thank You for seeing us through, even in the things we don’t know.

As I served in the church, I could tell the Holy Spirit was changing me. I used to seek gospel in a consuming sense, it was all about me Lord, but now I was starting to want it to flow out of me onto others.

“Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures.” Luke‬ ‭24:45‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Every scripture read now, was like a rippling wave washing over my soul, cleansing my motives in every splash. It was beautiful.

Watching the ripples run through my fingers, I can tell that the current underneath is busier – hard at work to do more.

I could not deny the new thoughts that flooded my mind. But in mortal arrogance, I thought I knew what to do. Knowing this anyway, Your Holy Spirit continued to erode all the impurities of my intent. Praise You Lord for Your mercy! You are relentless! You will not give up on us.

Father in Heaven! Open our eyes to scripture! Sanctify us! Continue to grow the numbers of believers in Wyoming, year over year. We give all praise to You! Our Lord!

We thank You for the hard working people of Converse County. We thank You for the contributions they make to our beautiful state.

We pray for the 9,963 people who have yet to connect into a gospel church in this county. We pray with those at Douglas Assembly of God, may the blessings of the Lord fill their actions. May God continue to expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of the local church in this county.

As the river flows, so the time has come for us to let the current carry us. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
