County 18 – Crook County

Lord we thank You for the the Good News sharing churches found in Crook County! May the pastors, staff and volunteers continue to be encouraged with the joy that comes from serving the Lord!

What a beautiful day! What a beautiful name – the name of Jesus!

Let us share in all that Jesus did and does!

Lord, guide us all to seek, and to want to know more about You. Let us seek with an understanding that we all know You to some degree or varying levels of understanding. But let us all seek to help each other know You more, culminating into one body, full of You.

When some people talk of You, they speak from what they’ve heard, others speak because of what they’ve come to experience in You.

To speak of You is to have some knowledge about You, but to speak for You is to share in the joy of the gospel.

“For we speak as messengers approved by God to be entrusted with the Good News. Our purpose is to please God, not people. He alone examines the motives of our hearts.” 1 Thessalonians‬ ‭2:4‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Because of a relationship with You, we can speak with courage, and boldly declare Your Good News, despite of what opposition we are presented with, internally or externally.

Your Gospel is for all to hear. Your Word continues to work in those who believe. So never let us stop thanking You for every time the message is received!

We pray for the 5,216 people who have yet to connect with a gospel church in this county. May God continue to expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of the local church in this county.

The time for our conversations about church to increase has come. It’s in the name of the Christ Jesus that we pray. Amen.
