Thank You Lord! We start the day by saying – “thank You!!!” Thank You for waking us up! Thank You for the breath in our lungs! Thank You for opportunities to share our experiences of You! Thank You for listening to the inside of us!
Thank You Jesus for the sacrifice You gave in order to give me eternal life! Praise the name of the Lord!
Thank You for hearing our prayers for the people of our state. May all of us grow in the blessings of the Lord Jesus Christ. May comfort in the Lord find its way into to every situation of anguish, hurt, bitterness, and frustration. May we see the opportunities to celebrate who You are in our lives, for the people in Weston County and across Wyoming. We love You Jesus!
Lord, even by minimum experience we have some knowledge of You. With one day in church, in a simple conversation with another who knows You, maybe a lyric in a song heard, an illustration in a novel, or by tradition, You have taught us something about You.
As a child we might be given an allowance. As we gain in our teen years we might get a wage earned. And as we reach adulthood, we take on more responsibility and are granted a salary. More responsibility nets an increase in income.
Whatever stage we are at in our spiritual life, there is something worth remembering about what You do for lives. There is a profound truth given to so many. Pieces of knowledge about You become deposits in our soul.
May we never forget what You have taught us! Teach us how to store those commands in our hearts! May we never let kindness or loyalty leave us, tie it around our necks as a reminder!
The world has done its best to shrink down (or eliminate altogether) the storage chest our soul uses to lock in the treasures of Your Word. Bless us with a bigger and better storage chest in order to glorify You better!
Let us live with these treasures as the financial backing of how we represent You to the world around us.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.” Proverbs 3:5-6 NLT
Knowledge of You is the money in our savings accounts! Making withdrawals and spending it on others is the investment in Your Kingdom! May we learn to spend wisely!
Money is just a piece a paper. The value of it isn’t realized until it’s given up or away for something else. In our financial institutions, a trust is a way to send assets to a trustee, who in turn holds these assets for a third party such as an heir. Lord, we are Your heirs!
Let us see our knowledge of You as assets we have been entrusted with to spend freely for Your Kingdom! It’s not enough to keep it all to ourselves. The worth increases exponentially as we give it away!
We pray for a I Heart Wyoming partner. We pray for the 5,186 people in this county who have yet to connect into a gospel church. May our Lord expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of the local church in this county.
Through trust – thy will be done, amen.
