To fail is to learn.
There is this moment; right before we fail at something. In that moment there is an absence of understanding, a lack of what is needed to be known. The moment that follows directly after failing reveals a truth to be spent on a future attempt.
Lord, we give You all praise! Thank You for standing by us! Thank You for teaching us! Thank You for carrying us! Thank You for the patience found in Your mercy and grace!
We pray today through, with, and for Lincoln County. Lincoln County is an amazing part of our beautiful state! May the blessings found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ bleed from its borders! May the Good News of the Risen King echo through the hills and valleys of this beautifully constructed region!
No one in there right mind seeks failure. But Lord, You grant an education into us after failure. Lies want to be present in our minds. They work diligently to erode any confidence or self esteem we may have. But failure is potentially a moment of grace, in our weakness we can find new strength!
“endurance produces proven character, and proven character produces hope.” Romans 5:4 CSB
Resistance is a force of strengthening. When we see failure as something difficult to get through, Your Word fuels the strength we need to see the education in failure as a reward!
Your Word turns patience into a muscle. The more it’s used, the more it’s exercised, the stronger it becomes. Your power is within us!
Your Word turns perseverance into character. When we choose to not give up after failure, we are choosing to glorify You! You give us hope!
We love You Lord Jesus!
We pray for a partnership in this county to with the I Heart Wyoming initiative. We pray for the 6,694 people who have yet to connect into a gospel church in this county. May God continue to expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of the local church in this county.
The time for growth through education has come. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
