Lord! We praise You!
Thank You for the character You place within us. When we call upon You, You strengthen us to the point of being complete. You see us through adversity, through trials, and You see us through complicated situations.
Sometimes learning lessons can be hard. Yes, it’s hard. But what sense of accomplishment is there if anything is handed to us? Sometimes life educates us in ways we didn’t want. In it we want out, but after we are better for it.
Stay the course. That’s what You want for us. There’s a type of character You want in man, and finding short cuts, or getting someone else to do it, actually takes something away from us. What we were supposed to learn for a future event is now delayed.
“Apply yourself to discipline and listen to words of knowledge.” Proverbs 23:12 CSB
Yet, we are not meant to do it alone. For one to listen to knowledge, one must be sharing it. What good is knowledge if it’s kept inside?
Commitment, care and collaboration! Those are 3 things I see in this tiny bit of scripture.
Lord, we – WE – (as a body) we must be unified, we must seek answers with sincerity, and we must be diligent to pursue knowledge.
Lord, thank You for educating us by Your Word! Thank You for the wisdom You share with us everyday!
Praise the name of Jesus!
Today we pray with, and for the people of Wyoming through Teton County. We pray for the 15,750 people who have yet to connect into a gospel church in this county. We pray for everyone connected through Ridgelife Church in Jackson Wyoming. May they find peace in Christ Jesus. May our Lord expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of the local church in Teton County.
The time for growth through education has come. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
