What’s new in our life, what’s the same old thing? What’s the thing we wish would just go away?
Father in Heaven, our Savior, our Lord Jesus, we give You all praise! Thank You for not letting go! The Mighty grip of Your hand protects through time!
“The Lord is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him. For he knows how weak we are; he remembers we are only dust. Our days on earth are like grass; like wildflowers, we bloom and die. The wind blows, and we are gone— as though we had never been here. But the love of the Lord remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children’s children of those who are faithful to his covenant, of those who obey his commandments!” Psalms 103:13-18 NLT
We are dust Lord! Formed from clay into fragile jars! We know that this time on earth is temporary. We also know that life is precious! Let us not squander a thing Lord!
Yes! The wind comes and goes! Yes trials turn into triumph, and back again! But You remain Lord! You are our hope! You are our eternal life!
Today we pray with, and for the people of Wyoming through Lincoln County. We pray for a partnership in this county to with the I Heart Wyoming initiative. We pray for the 6,694 people who have yet to connect into a gospel church in this county. May God continue to expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of the local church in this county. May the Gospel of Jesus Christ take root and bloom.
In every season, may the Lord reign in our hearts. Amen.
