Our Father, who is in Heaven,
Thank You for the grace and mercy that flows from You! We don’t live to take it for granted, NO! we are alive because of it!
We thank You Lord Jesus for eternal life! Thank You for elevating the standards of how to love others, how to show compassion, and also how to appropriately express passion on this earth. You are Lord!
Lord, when disagreements become visible in a community, make Yourself known. Place Your stamp of guidance on us, seal us with grace and truth. Then deliver us from the enemy that taunts our emotions.
At some point it’s the disagreement that become the policy. We hold to our points of view in these matters with all our might. So much so, that our stance becomes more important than finding truth. We create divide. But You Lord, teach us that truth is something that’s best when its shared. Knowledge becomes wisdom.
“No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us. Let all who are spiritually mature agree on these things. If you disagree on some point, I believe God will make it plain to you. But we must hold on to the progress we have already made.” Philippians 3:13-16 NLT
We pray to You Lord! We pray Your guidance over our state. We pray Your truths to illuminate our atmosphere! Unify us Lord! We are one body, and we we all belong to each other. We severely depend on You Lord Jesus, our Christ.
Lord! It’s You who decides, it’s You who gets the final say!
Today we pray with, and for the people of Wyoming through Johnson County. We pray for the 4,784 people who have yet to connect into a gospel church in this county. Continue to pour Your blessings on the people of Summit Church in Buffalo. May God continue to expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of the local church in this county.
The time to declare our dependency on Jesus Christ has come, in Jesus name we pray. Amen.
