Our Lord, our Redeemer!
Praise You Lord Jesus! You save us! You make us new! You give eternal life!
Thank You for the life You give.
Lord we come before You. Forgive us of our sins, lead us not into temptation and deliver us from evil. We humbly bow our whole being to Your presence. We know there is power in Your name Lord. Break us free from the slavery that holds us. Tear down those strongholds that keep us captive.
We believe in in the resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe that You took a punishment that we deserve and died for our sins so that we may have eternal life. We put our faith in You Lord! Raise us to life!
Lord, our presence on earth requires a lot of things. We take on clothing, food, oxygen among other stuff. Over time the right things can create wrong pursuits. Yes, we require these things as a function-able species, but what we truly need is not found in any of that.
“Yes, he humbled you by letting you go hungry and then feeding you with manna, a food previously unknown to you and your ancestors. He did it to teach you that people do not live by bread alone; rather, we live by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.” Deuteronomy 8:3 NLT
Knowing this allows us to reject the temptations of an evil source. You are the very source of what we truly need. Those other things can only serve to support the true requirement, they are not the requirement, You are. Those things are nothing more than either prevention from You or they could serve as fuel to run towards You!
Let us praise the name of Jesus Christ! Jesus You are our Savior! You are the true bread of which we seek.
Today we pray with, and for the people of Wyoming through Park County. We pray for the 15,774 people who have yet to connect into a gospel church in this county. We pray with the those at Harvest Church in Cody and New Life Church in Powell. May God continue to expand, elevate and reinforce the credibility of the local church in this county.
The time to partake in the bread as a body has come, in Jesus name we pray, amen.
