About

Pray For Wyoming is an extension of the ministry of Element Church in Cheyenne, WY.

Element exists to help people experience life to its fullest in Christ.

Our vision is to be a movement of people having such an impact if we were gone our communities would miss us.

We are for THE Local Church in Wyoming, and because Wyoming has over 400,000 unchurched (Unchurched stats) people in the state, making it one of the largest unchurched states (per capita) in the country, we are praying that the credibility of the local church in every county would be elevated, expanded and reinforced.

Each day of the month, from days 1 through 23, we will be posting a prayer for the corresponding county of Wyoming.  ie. “October 1st — Natrona County”  all the way through “October 23rd — Sublette County”.  Click the “follow” button on the sidebar to receive notifications when new prayers are being posted.

What can you do?  You can join us in praying.  Reaching the state of Wyoming for Jesus is bigger than any one person or any one church.  Our desire is to partner with existing followers of Jesus and Christ centered churches across our state to see God pour out streams of Living Water into our parched spiritual landscape.

We firmly believe that the state does not exist for the church but the church exists for the state of Wyoming!  We are FOR Wyoming so we will pray for her as well!

Our prayers will be centered around reaching people for Jesus and raising them up to be like Jesus.  We will pray for the pastors and leaders of each county.  We will pray for specific needs that arise in each county.  If there is something you would like us to pray for, please let us know through the “Contact” page on the blog.

Thank you for checking out PrayForWyoming.com.  We can’t wait to see what God does through His peoples prayers.

2 Chronicles 7:14  Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.
